Something not working?

Check Settings, then Event reminders, is switched on in Mantel, and that iPhone Settings, Notifications, Mantel has Allow Notifications on. Reminders are set on your own phone, so they also need the event to be more than an hour away when you add it.

They need to have joined your household, not just installed the app. Open Family and check they appear there. If they are waiting, you will see a request to approve.

Free households share 25 AI uses a month across everybody, and it resets on the first. Settings shows how many are left. Mantel+ removes the limit.

Nothing is added until you confirm it, so you can correct any card before tapping through. If a date came out wrong, edit it on the card and it will save as you corrected it.

Settings, then Shared links. Every invitation you have made is listed there with one tap to switch it off. Anyone opening it afterwards sees that it is no longer available.

In the App Store, not in Mantel: iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Widgets are redrawn by iOS rather than by Mantel, so they can lag by a few minutes. Opening Mantel refreshes them. If one stays empty, remove it and add it again: hold an empty part of the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Mantel.

Pull down on the page to refresh. If it still has not, tap Restore Purchases on the Mantel+ page - Mantel checks with our server rather than trusting the receipt on your phone, so it can take a few seconds.

It is off until you ask for it: Settings, then iPhone integration, then Weather in your brief. If a forecast cannot be fetched, the brief simply says nothing about the sky rather than guessing.
