Everyone sees the same plan on their own phone. Change it once and it changes for all of you. No forwarding, no two versions of Thursday.

What to bring, on the day you need it
A list hangs off the event it belongs to. The swimming kit sits on Tuesday, not in a notes app you open on Wednesday.
Send one plan to anyone
Share a single event as a link. They open it in any browser, with no app and no account, and add it to whatever calendar they use. They can reply, and the replies come back to you.
Two sentences before eight
A short brief in the morning: what is on, what is due today, and the one thing likely to catch you out. Silent when there is nothing worth saying.
A corner that stays yours
My Space is the private half of the same app. Keep something to yourself, or let the family see only that you are busy. It cannot be shared out of Mantel at all - the app will not offer it, and the database refuses it.
